Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- We ship from Georgia by USPS Ground Advantage, and shipping is worked out at checkout.
- Made to Order items (deck boxes, shufflers and other printed gear) are printed and put together after you order. Please allow about 3–7 days before they ship, plus extra time for custom color or logo requests.
- Small card orders may ship in a plain stamped envelope with a stiff card holder and no tracking. Larger orders ship tracked.
- Once your order ships, it’s in the carrier’s hands. If tracking shows it delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your local post office first.
Returns
All sales are final, and we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Every item is made to order or printed just for you.
Limited warranty
We stand behind what we make. If something below arrives broken or fails during normal use within the warranty period, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll repair or replace it at our choice.
| Item | Covered for | What’s covered |
|---|---|---|
| Sleeved Card Shuffler | 90 days | Motors, button, wiring, gears and printed parts that fail in normal use |
| Deck boxes | 30 days | Parts that warp or split apart in normal use, and a lid that won’t fit when it arrives |
| Dice trays and other printed gear | 30 days | Parts that warp or split apart in normal use |
| Proxy cards, tokens and lands | Arrival only | Cards that arrive damaged or misprinted (tell us within 7 days of delivery) |
Not covered: normal wear, scratches, drops or misuse, heat damage (PLA starts to soften around 130°F, so parts can bend in a hot car or direct sun), changes or repairs made by someone else, and the look of 3D printing itself. Every printed piece has visible layer lines and small color or surface differences; that’s normal and part of how these are made, not a flaw. Custom items get the same warranty, but we can’t remake them for a change of mind.
Damaged in shipping? Send us photos of the item and the package within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Proxy cards are novelty art pieces and aren’t meant for sanctioned tournament play.
